1.  W2's and Tax Returns Past Two Years

2.  Bank statements for the past 2 months

3.  Pay stubs for the past 2 months

4.  A copy of your lease

5.  A copy of your driver's license

6.  A copy of your Social Security Card

7.  A schedule of assets (rental properties, brokerage accounts etc.)

8.  Child support order (If applicable)

9.  VA Certificate of Eligibility (If applicable)

10.  Written evidence of satisfaction of any judgments, collections, or liens.  (If applicable)
