Project 100 Homes

Project 100 is a special project created and financed by Sir Charles Martin to deliver 100 affordable luxurious homes to home buyers in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia real estate markets. Each home undergoes a pre-renovation inspection to determine repair issues. Each home is perfectly renovated to include new plumbing, new electric, new heating, vents, and air conditioning, new roof, new windows, and other repairs on an "as needed" basis. The homes are then finished with custom interior and exterior paint jobs, new plush carpeting, gleaming hardwood floors, granite, marble, maple oak cabinetry, Jacuzzi's, and other luxurious finishes so that home buyers who typically wouldn't be able to afford a fine and luxurious home, are able to afford the same without putting themselves in a tough financial situation.
